Who is the course for?

The course applies to those who are currently Testers, Test Analysts, Test Engineers, Test Consultants, Test Managers and whoever wishes to obain the ISTQB Advanced Level Test Manager Certificate.

Pre-Requisites

To take the ISTQB Advanced Test Manager Certificate candidates must hold the ISTQB/BCS Foundation certificate. There are no prerequisites for participating in the course without taking the exam. lease provide this for the invigilator on the day of the exam. The only times this would not be required is if the candidates sat their Foundation exam via BCS, if this is the case the candidate will need to provide their BCS candidate number.

The examination for the ISTQB Advanced Test Manager course will be taken on the following Friday.

  • Organize and lead risk management activities and use risks to drive test planning and reporting.
  • Create and implement test plans consistent with organizational policies and test strategies.

A copy of the ISTQB™ Certified Testing Foundation Level certificate is required in order to satisfy the required prerequisites for the ISTQB Advanced Test Manager exam which is take on the following Friday following the course.
