This course teaches business acumen and related management skills to IT professionals of all levels. The course covers business alignment, operational performance, technology team working, sourcing, negotiation and finance for IT managers.

In conclusion

The final module on day five is a case study / role play designed to explore and test the skills learnt during the course. One of the key features of this 5-day course is the practical nature of the training, based on years of running major IT organizations. Participants are encouraged to complete action matrices during the course, to ensure that the material taught and key knowledge gained is applied in the participants real life environment and not just left as printed words in the binder.
