About the course: The courses are heavily padded, they could easily be half the length and still give you all the actual information you need. Mistakes are left in the videos and they are full of tangents that aren't part of the course. If for any reason you miss the deadline for the first year they withhold the entire second year and, more importantly, the 3rd party CompTIA exam certificates included in the course unless you pay for the *entire* course again. Not just a single second year to catch you up.
