What is leadership?

What is leadership? Why do we need it? What does it mean to be a good leader? Are leaders made or born? These questions have been asked for decades, and this course attempts to answer these questions.  This course discusses leadership effectiveness.
                    

About this course

After completing this course, you should be able to:

Identify the fundamentals of the Organizational Situation
Define the Contingency Approach
Differentiate between leadership theories and models
Recall the concepts of the Competing Values Framework model
Recognize your own leadership or follower style and characteristics

The course is aimed at anybody involved in Management & Leadership.

No prior qualification required. However, you will need basic IT skills and a computer with internet connection to take part in this course.

You get an IACET endorsed printable certificate on passing the final quiz and scoring 80% plus marks.
