What I would highlight: Very good! A lot of information in a short space of time! You must be prepared to learn and to stay focused (don't be tempted to drift off otherwise you've lost it for that section!) But really valuable learning - vital for anybody wanting to understand Google Analytics.

What I would highlight: The course for me was completely to my satisfaction. I was already familiair with most of the subjects, but only had the basic knowledge. In the training we went in depth in almost all subjects and almost always directly related to my own campaigns. At the end of the day I immediately learned several practices I could immediately put in place.

What I would highlight: A great course! A lot of option I always knew in google but always avoided, because they weren't clear or which I though wouldn't apply to my campaign anyway, became clear and most of them I could actually put into place immediately.

What I would highlight: Really interesting, extremely invaluable. Participants need to be prepared to throw themselves into GA, ignore all external factors that may have their mind wandering so as to not miss! Some of the information may not be wholly relevant for all participants ie. E-Commerce which wasn't relevant at the moment to me and therefore while 'learning' wasn't ideal to have added to the mix

What I would highlight: Thoroughly enjoyable and found the course both useful and informative. Very nice setting to learn in. An introduction to Google Adwords right from the beginning to ensure correct account set up before you start.

What I would highlight: Don't expect to get exactly what it says on the course syllabus. Matt has a massive amount of knowledge about all aspects of Google Analytics and he often goes off piste at the request of attendees. I think I got about half what I thought I needed from the outset of the course. But I have come away with a lot of useful information that I didn't even know I needed. Overall an excellent experience but perhaps not as structured as some might like.

What I would highlight: After researching various courses on Analytics online, this course definitely stood out.The course content was covered in detail and I found it be extremely useful. Matt is an exceptional trainer, very clear in his presentation and communication skills and makes it a point to transfer his knowledge to all levels really well. I would highly recommend this course.

What I would highlight: Very informative in breaking down the technical side of GA, which further improves the learners understanding and the logic behind how the system works, with good best practice information to improve GA implementation. All specific questions relating to individual questions were answered with good examples based on our sites used to help give actionable improvements

What I would highlight: Like Google Analytics 201, 202 is a packed day and includes a lot of hands-on exercises and detailed information from Matt who’s a truly great trainer with immense knowledge on Google Analytics. It is in particular very helpful that the group was small enough and we used our own websites and GA accounts instead of abstract examples. While I wish I had added the Google Tag Manager course to the GA 201 and 202, I did learn a lot - enough to go on now and implement with the help of some of the useful experts I am following online on Matt’s recommendation. A lot of things can be done by following online tutorials, but one first needs to have some kind of basic knowledge to understand the underlying concepts. This set of courses is perfect for this but should not be seen as a stand alone course - the GA tool is far too complex and powerful to fully cover in just a few days.

What I would highlight: A full day for training is difficult for me to commit to due to my workload, but this course could have been longer given the amount of information to absorb. It's a bit of a Catch 22 situation.

What I would highlight: Very useful introduction to Google Analytics. Clearly presented the key aspects of GA and showcased the potential of various tools within the system, albeit all quite briefly. Good use of practical examples of how different functions could be applied to real workplace scenarios.

What I would highlight: I found this course extremely helpful. The breadth of material and the pace at which it was covered was occasionally challenging but I found that this ensured that I paid attention throughout and actually enhanced the whole experience. I would certainly recommend this course to others.

What I would highlight: I was disappointed that this was mainly aimed at Klood and their objectives and not the external organisations. This was the main focus for most of the course and I would probably not have attended knowing it would be Klood biased.

What I would highlight: Good solid introduction to Google Analytics. Probably needs to be taken as part of 2 or more days training to get the full benefits. Knowledgeable trainer who was very willing to try and help answers questions from everyone. Could benefit from being slightly cheaper. The food provided could be better - it wasn't bad food - but for the cost of the course a hot cooked meal would have been nice.
