I would highly recommend iVantage Limited. The course covers a lot of information about the Google Analytics (fundamentals) as a whole and it gives enough information and time to practice techniques of retrieving particular data/reports. It helps to understand where to find information but does not teach you why you need it or why these metrics are better than other. The course material was in depth and useful. The tutor was very knowledgeable and helpful.

A GA trainer came to my company to lead us is learning the new Analytics interface and he did a great job. His examples with our company's data and his teaching methods helped me navigate the new GA and use it more efficiently to manage future ad campaigns. Sharron did an amazing job teaching this class. I already had some experience with Analytics 201, but even this basic class taught me SO MUCH MORE. She explained this stuff in a way that even my 9 year old son could setup a successful adwords campaign.

The course was an amazing experience! Just brilliant. I was very impressed with the trainers knowledge and experience with GA. We covered above and beyond what I wanted to know and I have some great things I can start applying to our own GA accounts. After attending the 101 this is a great continuation that gives you more technical insights into Google Analytics capabilites. The part about Goals is very well explained and makes you realize how important it is to set benchmarks for your sites.

I have been working with Google Tag Manager 101 for about 1 1/2 months before the course and I almost skipped 101. I was very happy that I took 101 because I loved it. I learned way more than I thought I would and I definitely can use the information to create new campaigns as well as improve current ones.

I really enjoyed this course and feel I have learnt a lot about Google Analytics that I can apply to our GA for Travis Perkins including setting up goals, the importance of filters and advanced segments and the importance of working with our developers to really get the best out of our analytics. I thought it was great that we used our own websites throughout the course and there were a lot of errors with the analytics which were highlighted and we can take them back to get fixed. I was also able to improve our analytics whilst on the course which is so valuable and really helped me to put it all into context. I have been on other training courses where they use test websites etc.. and I find that difficult to really see how it would work for our brand. I thought the trainer was great and really showed his extensive knowledge of Google Analytics. I will definately reccomend this course to anyone interested in GA. Thank you!

I truly enjoyed the course on Google Tag Manager 101 - Fundamentals, key concepts, basic tagging and advanced event listener tagging. I can now finally go back to the organisation to set up some goals and to really get stuck in to using funnels. If we I hadn't have attended we would still be using campaigns internally within the website, fingers crossed these should all be cleared and the data on GA should be clean. Thanks for the advice.

Over all very enjoyable and worth the time. I would have liked deeper technical discussion on how to programmatically interact with GA with various hooks. This might have been something better suited to private training however since in almost every instance such things are inherently custom and thus would not be really suitable for a broader session. The overall technical content was well explained and enjoyed greatly. Thank you.

It's a really indepth quite intense course but covers everything I needed to know and I definitely learnt a lot from Google Analytics Reporting & Analysis Masterclass. The location of the course was perfect and teaching and pace were spot on. I would have preferred to have been fed a little more! It might sound pedantic but who can refuse a biscuit, nice to perk you up mid morning I think.

A valuable overview of Google Analytics including how it captures data, the different kinds of cookies it sets, and what information is contained within the dashboards and each of the standard reports. The session also explained how Google Analytics defines and measures categories such as bounce rate and average time on site. The sections on campaign tracking and explanation of how to set up goals and events and the differences between them was extremely useful. The final slide that gave an action plan to take back into the office helped to ensure the workshop led to some clear follow-up items.

I learned a LOT here. I was looking forward to more of the technical aspects. Most of my questions were directly related to this. Great examples, resources and tips on the slide and in discussions as well. In addition to updating the GATC for subdomains, I learned some new things about 404s, a great resources Planet Ocean, as well as the best approach when adding/replacing pages. I was excited to also learn about alternative ways of event tracking. I also got a good introduction to custom variables. Sometimes its hard for me to think of a practical usage example for a non-ecommerce site, but all the stuff I learned from Matt makes this easier.

Having recently been heavily focused on improving site and page optimization, the morning session was very informative and incredibly helpful. Loved being able to implement a SEO dashboard. Lots of good information. In spite of a stupid migraine, I picked up a lot of great info. I am not focused on ad words and really don't want to be involved in that side. But I still got a good overview. I also looked forward to learning what the social reports actually told me. A lot of information but good details on the slides.

This course was an excellent introduction to Google Analytics. I have been using Google Analytics software for a few years but was missing some solid foundations, and wanted the chance to speak to an expert and find out more about the possibilities. The history of analytics was very informative and really helped put everything into context, and I learnt a lot more than I previously understood about cross-segmentation. The trainer managed to get just the right blend of technical detail and overview, and adapted the course direction to suit the course attendees, and often showed his deep knowledge and understanding of the area.

What I would highlight: The course was a very good introduction to Google Adwords. The content was outstanding. I would not only recommend it but suggest that it be required for anyone especially employees required to work with Google Analytics. I have used GA for years on my own and I learned a ton and now wish I would have take this course years ago. The instructor, Mike Trimmer was fantastic. I am surely coming back for more courses from iVantage.

What I would highlight: Overall it was a great course. Even though I had used the tool for two months, I was already familiar with the interface and had many items set up already. But, the background information and the specific details helped ensure that I was applying those extensions, tools correctly. It was good validation that I was running things correctly, but it also helped me learn why I needed to run those tools. AdWords Editor could be a great tool for me.

What I would highlight: I learned a LOT here. I was looking forward to more of the technical aspects. Most of my questions were directly related to this. Great examples, resources and tips on the slide and in discussions as well. What I would highlight: I couldn't believe there was so much more to learn after having completed Adwords 101 and before the advance course! Today was exciting, learning all different tools for analysing, reporting and other advertising techniques. Lots of times throughout the day I found my self saying "I am loving that!" or "This is brilliant" it felt as though just when you thought it couldn't get any better, Sharron would teach us something else! Brilliant course, I learnt so much yet again. Thank you.
