What I would highlight:
Overall the course was excellent, it might be improved if some of the concepts are explained or reviewed at the start of the day, and if the basics of the GA portal are repeatedly practiced. One idea would be to have each delegate pick one task or measurement point they're interested in, then try and go through how that measurement can been seen or captured.

What I would highlight:
I took the 201 course immediately following the 101 training day and found that this course seemed to move along a lot quicker than the previous day, so much so that at times it was a bit hard to keep up. The main issue was flicking backwards and forwards through the slides - though in fairness some of that may be down to answering questions from delegates. Although the content that was put across was certainly of great help - especially Site Search and advanced reporting - the day didn't have as nice a flow as '101.

What I would highlight:
The course was great from the beginning. Even though I worked on the tool for two months, I still feel I learned specific information that will help me in the future. What I would highlight:
While there was a lot of content to take in, the clear and concise presentation of the made very easy to keep up. The exercises at the end of each section made me feel engaged and helped me work out any issues that i might not have fully grasped during the presentation. The fact that we where allowed to get a copy of the presentation at the end of the course is extremely helpful as it will ensure that i can go over and refresh any content and concepts that might fade over time.
