During the past couple of years, we have been using JMD training for external courses. The level of training that our employees have had has always been to the highest standard. The training facilities available are very good, clean and there was plenty of space for all of us. The trainer did not treat us like we were at school and kept us interested in the training the whole day. I would consider attending another course at JMD in the future. My experience was very good and worthwhile.

I have been booking short courses like Microsoft Publisher, Food Hygiene, CSR and First Aid with JMD for the past year and a half now and have always found them very helpful. The staff I have dealt with for booking courses are pleasant and very accommodating should I have to change anything. I may have last minute bookings to make and I am always sorted out very quickly. I tend to do most of my bookings via email and these are always replied to very quickly and on the odd occasion I have contacted JMD via the telephone I have never had to wait longer than 4 rings before I speak to someone. I find that all paperwork I require filled in is always done to the highest of standards and should there be any problems, which there generally is not, they are sorted out very quickly indeed. I would recommend JMD, and have recommended JMD, as a training provider to a lot of people. They are easy to work with and very pleasant.

As a manual handling trainer, I had high expectations of what would be delivered. I needn't have worried as Jim's interpersonal skills, and subject knowledge made me realise quite quickly that all of the issues regarding the day to day situations, involving manual handling in the work place, would be covered. Jim has taken great time in researching and developing this course and his use of visual aids, and anecdotal evidence made the final feedback from both the other delegates and I, bear this out.

As a manual handling trainer, I had high expectations of what would be delivered. I needn't have worried as Jim's interpersonal skills, and subject knowledge made me realise quite quickly that all of the issues regarding the day to day situations, involving manual handling in the work place, would be covered. Jim has taken great time in researching and developing this course and his use of visual aids, and anecdotal evidence made the final feedback from both the other delegates and I, bear this out.
