Course programme

The aim
To show the value of embracing and preparing for change.

About the programme
In this thought-provoking meeting starter or ender on change, the legendary Indian-Pacific train journey illustrates that although we are limited to seeing only a small distance in front of us, which is constantly changing, we need to have made a plan to get to where we are going even though we cannot always see the destination.

This inspirational programme, using quotations from well-known historical figures, will enable the trainer to introduce the topic of change and progress to either a 'brainstorming' session on change or 'journey' onto an individual training plan.
The key messages of this insightful programme include that nothing is permanent, except change; those who only look to the past or present will miss the future; to seek and embrace change is strength undefeatable; it's not the strongest or the most intelligent of the species who survive, it's those who can adapt best to change; we must become the change we want to see; change is not a destination, it is a journey

The key outcomes
-Makes individuals in an organisation more receptive to change
-Keeps organisations moving forward in a positive way
