History
JRCS Training is an established Training Provider, founded in 2002. We are able to ensure a wide range of expertise, knowledge and understanding of vocational training and workforce development.
Description
A trained, qualified workforce is not only a requirement under the National Minimum Standards but is also essential for a successful business. Training staff can be one of the biggest costs associated with running a care home. JRCS Training can not only provide high quality, flexible training which will help in exceeding the minimum standards but also work with Norfolk and Suffolk Care Support Ltd. in obtaining funding for as much of our programme as possible. We have established relationships with key agencies to ensure that opportunities are continually developed to support the delivery of programmes ensuring high quality. JRCS Training also works closely with employers to both ascertain and meet their training requirements and the needs of their employees. A wide range of nationally accredited qualifications which are focused on meeting the needs of the healthcare sector are available to employers.
