Course Aims:-

• To Develop Knowledge of HSE Guidelines
• To Develop Knowledge and Understanding of Assessing Risk
• To Develop Theoretical Knowledge and Practical Skills of First Aid Interventions
• To Identify Medical Conditions which may require First Aid Intervention
• To Explore Ethical Issues
• To Develop Recording and Reporting of Incidents/Accidents

Learning Outcomes:-

• Gain a working Knowledge of First Aid
• Gain Knowledge of HSE Guidelines
• Gain Knowledge of Risk Assessments
• Gain a working Knowledge of Application of First Aid including C.P.R
• To be able to Implement First Aid when necessary.
• To identify when Medical Conditions require First Aid Intervention
• To Address Ethical Issues
• To Record and Report Incidents Accurately

Upon successful completion of this course, the candidate will be certificated by JRCS Training in the HSE Approved Emergency First Aid at Work.
