Course Aims:-
- To Develop Knowledge of HSE Guidelines
- To Develop Knowledge and Understanding of Assessing Risk
- To Develop Theoretical Knowledge and Practical Skills of First Aid Interventions
- To Identify Medical Conditions which may require First Aid Intervention
- To Explore Ethical Issues
- To Develop Recording and Reporting of Incidents/Accidents
Learning Outcomes:-
- Gain a working Knowledge of First Aid
- Gain Knowledge of HSE Guidelines
- Gain Knowledge of Risk Assessments
- Gain a working Knowledge of Application of First Aid including C.P.R
- To be able to Implement First Aid when necessary.
- To identify when Medical Conditions require First Aid Intervention
- To Address Ethical Issues
- To Record and Report Incidents Accurately
Upon successful completion of this course, the candidate will be certificated by JRCS Training in the HSE Approved Emergency First Aid at Work.
