Key Working

To give the historical reasons for the development of the key worker system. To look at the positive outcomes of using the key worker system. To look at the potential barriers which may exist to the successful implementation of the key worker system To examine how to overcome barriers which could hamper the implementation of the key worker system, from an individual members of staff, to a team, through to the organizations point of view. To recognize how implementing the key worker system will be beneficial to the clients.
