History
he College's founder was P.J.Kilroy and, as the name of the College began to evolve around him, the College came to be known as Kilroy's College. The founder's family continued to be involved in the College and they still are, right up to the present day.
The College has grown to become a leading educator, using great experience and the latest teaching techniques to give its students the skills they need to lead successful and fulfilled lives. "Past students of Kilroy's College reads like a "Who's Who" in the Public Service today" commented a former Education minister. Over the years the College has developed a tutorial system that really works for our students and in the process has gained a reputation for excellence in distance learning, with more than 100,000 enrolments to date.
Many of our courses are now recognised internationally and as a leading member of the European Association for Distance Learning (EADL). The College is committed to improving the educational opportunities available to those who choose Distance Learning as their best study option.
