Subjects covered What does the Diploma cover? Depending on the nature of the service, learners will choose a pathway which relates to their workplace. We are offering three of the six pathways: • Adult residential management • Adults’ management • Adults’ advance practice. The course requires the learner to achieve a minimum of credits. How is the Diploma delivered? This diploma is delivered either in the workplace or college and is assessed by a portfolio of evidence. Evidence to be collected will include: • Workplace observation • Witness testimonies • Professional discussion • Questions and work products evidence The assessor will also provide valuable skills training as well as assessment. On Completion These qualifications confirm competence in these areas and serve as the required qualifications for registration and regulatory requirements for this sector within England.
