Course Description

Applicable legislation affecting labour relations, collective bargaining, dispute resolution methods, and recent developments in the labour relations field.

You will be encouraged to discuss and debate labour relations issues, to critically evaluate case studies and to monitor and report on current labour relations events.

Through intensive simulations and experiential exercises, you will develop practical skills and abilities to reach a collective bargaining agreement.
