What I would highlight: I learned so much from this course, it built my confidence in myself, I met some lovely people who are now friends and it was a distraction from my mental health problems. Most of the tutors were lovely and went out of their way to help you. Recognition for doing well in exams and practical work.
What could be improved: Lack of communication between tutors, lack of communication from tutors to students, one tutor was a bit of a bully and made you feel like you were incapable. Not enough revision given to students before exams, getting behind with lessons due to tutors absence and then student getting the blame. Also not enough equipment and supplies to go around the class. On a few occasions there was also lack of stationary.
