Course programme

This course provides the knowledge required under the Pest Control Products (Saskatchewan) Act. The objective of this course is to provide information required for safe and effective pesticide application and pest control, such as Label Information, Personal Hazards, Protective Clothing and Equipment, Environmental Hazards, Safe Use, Legislation and more. Students who successfully pass the exam written on the final day of class will be able to utilize and purchase the chemicals traditionally utilized for these purposes by way of applying for the Commercial License through the Ministry of Agriculture.
