LaStone Original Body Module 1 and 2
These modules can be taken over 4 conscetutive days or in tow seperate modules. This course explores everything that makes LaStone unique, the combination of alternating temperatures with associated energy work. Please contact us for a booking form. We require this alongside a 50% deposit to secure a booking. Further information regarding the courses we offer in the newsletter section of the website Module 1 looks at the world of stone therapy and temperature massage. The course looks at the types of stones and their purpose within a treatment, health and safety, contraindications, setting up equipment, massage techniques using basalt and marble stones and geo-thermotherapy principles. All of the above is incorporated into a standard 50 minute treatment.

Module 2 looks in more depth at the energetic principles of a LaStone treatment. Castle building, energy connections, spinal spirals, smudging and chakra placement are on the agenda. With additional work on thermotherapy this course brings the practitioner up to being able to give prescriptive treatments
