Course programme

Dance, have fun and exercise while learning salsa, merengue, mambo and cumbias. This class is perfect for beginners who wish to get a good grasp of the basic movements and steps of the different dances. Have fun, socialize and at the same time you will be doing a complete work out. This is the way we do it in Latin America. Please bring comfortable clothes, shoes and water.
