Course content:
We offer the LDSS (Learning and Development Support Services) NVQ at levels 3 and 4 with start dates throughout the year.
The programme consists of a full induction followed by dedicated individual support from one of our qualified and expert assessors. You will have contact with our assessor every two to three weeks with at least one face-to-face meeting per month. You can communicate using phone, email or text and can have tutorials using web-cam.
We provide you with an easy to follow pre-prepared portfolio with clear action plans, guidelines and handouts.
You will need to work with your assessor to identify and gather evidence from your job as; produce case studies concerning the young people you work with, and answer questions in order to prove competence in their role.
