Why take this course? This course is only available to the Armed Forces and Fire and Rescue Services where there is agreement in place with the University regarding the provision of continuing management and leadership development for members of their staff who wish to apply. This work-based learning course is aimed at helping experienced and aspiring leaders and managers to develop their critical skills based on analysis, research and interpretation of information to form sound conclusions as a basis for recommendations for improvement.  These skills are essential to effective management and organisational improvement and performance.  You will be able to benefit from our flexible structure and delivery allowing you to tailor your studies to meet your professional development needs and succeed as influential managers.
