The Foundation Degree Leadership and Management (Hospitality) is designed to ensure that you cover a broad range of modules, which will equip you for employment in leadership and management roles within the hospitality sector.

Professional Development You will develop a range of academic skills such as presenting, referencing, research and writing, as well as many skills required by employers such as communication, use of IT, teamwork, independent work and dealing with the general public. This course will be delivered at the University Centre (formerly College House), with pathway specific modules being taught at the Printworks Campus.
For core modules, a dedicated teaching room containing shuttle based laptop PCs is provided for the course which enables interactive online activities and assessment to take place during class sessions.
For hospitality electives, students will access on-site training kitchens or bakeries, the meat technology and food manufacturing departments, state-of-the-art international kitchen, commercial outlets - The Deli, which features a bakery and butchers shop, and the acclaimed onsite restaurant - The Food Academy.
