Why take this course? Good leaders are sought and valued by all organisations. This programme is aimed at senior managers in the private and public sectors (with a minimum of three years of leadership and management experience) and officers in the military. Course programme

There are three separate stages in our Postgraduate Leadership and Management programme, including the Postgraduate Certificate (PgCert), Postgraduate Diploma (PgDip) and Master’s (MSc). You can enter the programme at any stage, depending on your qualifications and experience. On successful completion of this final stage you can apply to become a member of the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) or the Chartered Management Institute (CMI).

Duration
1 year part time. Start: September or January.
Entry
Accredited PgDip in Strategic Leadership and Management (CMI, ILM, Edexcel). In addition potential applicants with non-standard qualifications but who have a minimum of three years leadership and management experience are invited to discuss a possible APEL claim with us. English language proficiency at a minimum of IELTS band 6.5 with no component score below 6.0.
