Description

If you are currently leading a team or would like to work on your leadership skills, consider this helpful course from Stand&Deliver published in Emagister.co.uk. This practical workshop will show you how to develop your leadership skills in order to enhance the commitment and performance of team members.

Some of the topics covered include identifying personal leadership styles and understanding what makes a successful leader by identifying core leadership skills and key actions. Participants will obtain a deep understanding of team dynamics and how to develop others' enthusiasm, among others. There will also be an emphasis on coaching, supporting, delegating and monitoring progress in order maximise team members' potential. As part of the practical training, attendees will be encouraged to share and discuss their situations and issues with others and the trainer. At the conclusion of the programme, participants will better understand how to motivate and inspire others and to help team members perform to the best of their ability.

The workshop, which can be delivered as a classroom-based course in the training centre facilities and inhouse, lasts six hours to be completed at the same day. The programme is ILM Approved and can be certified.
