Felicity Lerouge is a specialist in unconscious bias and holds a PhD in Coaching Psycho-Neurology. Felicity is also a member of the CIPD, certified in TAP Programme Design and is a graduate of the Anthony Robbins Leadership Academy. Based in London and operating internationally, Felicity has extensive experience, both working with corporate clients and SMEs. Industry experience includes aviation, banking and media, amongst others. She works with clients to uncover unconscious bias, enabling them to create more effective leadership, company culture and employee engagement.
