OBJECTIVES: A well motivated and managed team is critical to the success of any project. However, most project management methods stop short of specific techniques for the leadership and management of a project''s most important resources - its people. This intensive, practical course addresses the skills required to develop and manage effective project teams. The techniques used are fully compatible with most structured project management methods including PRINCE2. The aim of the course is to develop a range of skills to establish and manage effective project teams.
