This NATIONALLY-ACCREDITED course is about organisational leadership, both for the organisation in the present and in the future. It covers approaches to leadership, leadership and organisational vision, leadership skills and developing leaders. Effective leadership is crucial to organisations if they wish to achieve their current and longer term objectives and this course addresses this development need. It focuses particularly on the importance of providing a direction for the organisation which those within the organisation can follow and work towards.

This Organisational Leadership course looks at approaches to and techniques of leadership and considers the role of leadership in promoting change at an organisational level.
