Have you always wanted to be a sewing goddess but not had the time to learn to use your sewing machine?
This course will teach you the basic skills needed to use your machine confidently. You will learn how to thread it accurately, use a variety of stitches, sew curves, around corners and seams and follow a simple pattern. Have you always wanted to know what all the extra parts are used for? well know is your chance to learn and ask all the questions that you have always wanted to know the answer to.
The afternoon session will allow you to put all these skills into practise and make a lined tote bag. You will be able to learn the fundemental skills needed to complete a project and have a pattern so that you can make more at home for your friends and family.
Cakes, coffee and tea are provided but please bring a light lunch.
