Introduction Who Should Participate:
The OCR Level 3 NVQ in Learning and Development will be suitable for you if you have direct contact with learners and work with them in the learning environment. Your work situation must give you the opportunityto be involved in a range of learning support and facilitation of related tasks.

Key Objectives To develop skills and understanding required to support learners and provide service and resources to facilitate learning.

Course Units Seven mandatory units:
· Identify individual learning aims and programmes
· Agree learing programmes with learners
· Develop training sessions
· Create a climate that promotes learning
· Monitor and review progress with learners
· Respond to changes in learning and development
· Evaluate and develop own practice

Four optional units e.g.:
· Enable Learning Through Presentation
· Support Competence Achieved in the Workplace
· Design Learning Programmes
· Enable Group Learning

Course outcome:
Development of skills and understanding required by trainers in the workplace and achieve a nationally recognised award.

Duration 9 months - 1 year
