Learning and Development NVQ Level 4

Course Overview
A qualification designed for those who have a major responsibility for designing and delivering training and learning within an organisation.

Course Structure
A distance learning programme tailored to meet the needs of the individual.

There are three routes available:

• Learning & Developing
• Delivering and Training
• Management of Learning & Development Provision
• Co-ordination of Learning and Development Provision

Candidates will be given guidance on the most appropriate route at the interview.

Qualification Aims
On completion of the course, the applicant will obtain a Learning and Development NVQ Level 4 qualification to bolster their previous experience as a tutor or assessor.

Assessments/Examinations
Assessment will be through compilation of a portfolio of evidence and observation of a range of activities in the Candidate's workplace.

Cost / Equipment £1200 including registration and certification.
