The leather goods manufacturer deals with the creation, production and repair of leather accessories: handbags, briefcases, wallets, purses, cases for glasses, belts, key rings, etc. The leather goods manufacturer produces different types of leather accessories, mainly using craftsmanship techniques or working for the industrial sector. The processing steps for the realization of these objects range from the conception to the finishing of the new piece, up to the repair of damaged objects. More in detail, the activity consists of: study of the design of the object to be packaged, reproduction of the design on cardboard to obtain a model on the basis of which to cut the pieces of leather, creation of edges and seams, often performed by hand, application of any linings, clips or handles, carrying out repairs, modifications or refurbishments of worn or out of date belts and hinges.
