What I would highlight: There have been many aspects of the degree that I found very pleasant such as: the opportunity to connect with classmates from all over the world; the introduction and training on various tools that are currently being used by analysts, such as Tableau, Gephi, R, as well as IBM Watson; and the chance to further my learning from leading academic experts such as Professors Bill Gerrard and Alan Pearman. I also enjoyed the opportunity to visit and talk to experts from leading companies such as First Direct and IBM.

What I would highlight: The course specialised in the areas I was interested in, mostly mathematics and finance. I especially enjoyed the teaching and the combination of subjects on the course. I found the mathematics brush-up module pretty useful in the first semester. In general, the lecturers seemed very keen on giving us the best background.
