By combining the Legal Practice Course (LPC) with an additional drafting project, you can upgrade your qualification to an LLM in Legal Practice and Advanced Drafting.
Example project: A prenuptial agreement in Family Law.
During your three meetings with your supervisor, you would be expected to critically consider the rationale for the agreement and comment and analyse on the drafting of a precedent agreement, critically assessing its impact.
We emphasise that this is only an example for illustration.
