Legal Relationships Course In this course you will be introduced to a range of legal relationships. The term "legal relationships" is used here to mean those associations which arise in commercial situations. At the end of your study of this course you will be able to: distinguish between different forms of business organisation explain the advantages and disadvantages of each form in a given business situation identify the main features of an agency relationship explain the importance of the contract of employment and identify its existence in a simple factual situation apply your understanding of the legal rules governing legal relationships to factual situations.
