This course is an introduction to the skills required to work as a professional chef in the industry, a foundation for a career within the exciting customer focussed Hospitality profession.
You will benefit from a variety of activities designed to bring out the best of your potential, and enable you to use your skills and knowledge to progress to a Level 2 Hospitality and Catering qualification. Within this programme you will also study the Welsh Baccalaureate and Essential skills Wales.
You will require 3 GCSEs at grades A*- E including English and Maths or a foundation course qualification including Essential Skills Communication and Application of Number at Entry Level 3.
