We offer the Team Leading, Leadership and Management awards, certificates and diplomas at all levels with flexible completion timescales and start dates throughout the year.
You can start at any time throughout the year.

Up to forty hours of individual support provided.
Upon receipt of your application form we will invite you in for a free and impartial advice and guidance session to identify your needs and ensure that this qualification is right for you.
Following your Advice and Guidance session if you choose to start with us, we will assign you one of our expert qualified assessors who will agree with you a flexible and unique journey towards completion and support you through to completion of your qualification.
You will have contact with our assessor every two to three weeks with at least one face-to-face meeting per month.
You can communicate using phone, email or text and can have tutorials using Skype or web-cam.
We provide you with an easy to follow pre-prepared portfolio with clear action plans, guidelines and handouts.
You will need to work with your assessor to identify and gather evidence from your job; produce case studies concerning your team leading role, be observed at work and answer questions in order to prove competence in your role.
