Level 2 Principles of First Aid

This course is suitable for anyone who is required to have a basic understanding of the principles of first aid. This course on the Principles of First Aid will enable students to understand the key issues that can arise during emergency situations.

First aid is the first help or care that a suddenly sick or injured person receives. It is given as soon as possible after an accident or an illness. This immediate help prior to the arrival of the emergency services can mean the difference between life and death or at the very least can affect recovery.
