This course has been designed for mature learners or those with a L1 Catering and Hospitality qualification for a career within an exciting customer focussed Hospitality and Catering profession.

You will benefit from a variety of activities designed to bring out the best of your potential, and enable you to use your skills and knowledge to progress to a L3 Hospitality and Catering qualification. Within this programme you will also study the Welsh Baccalaureate Essential Skills Wales and Customer Service.

You will require 4 GCSEs at grades A*- D including English and Maths or a Level 1 sector skills course qualification including Essential Skills Communication and Application of Number at Level 1, or extensive experience.
