This course further develops the skills required to work as a professional chef, complemented with the customer service skills required to work within a professional restaurant.
You will benefit from a variety of activities designed to bring out the best of your potential, and enable you to use your skills and knowledge to progress to a Level 3 Hospitality and Catering qualification. Within this programme you will also study the Welsh Baccalaureate and Essential Skills Wales.
You will require 4 GCSEs at grades A*- D including English and Maths or a Level 1 sector skills course qualification including Essential Skills Communication and Application of Number at Level 1, or extensive experience.
