The Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship in Management is aimed at first line managers who want to develop their management skills, gaining the knowledge, skills and understanding in a more flexible and practical way. They must have a defined level of authority for managing resources, taking decisions and responsibility for achieving specific results by using resources effectively, allocating work to team members, colleagues or contractors.
