The programme includes an induction, tutorial and three units: - Understanding good practise in workplace coaching. Organising workplace coaching. Undertaking supervised coaching in the workplace. Suitable for: This programme is primarily aimed at practising and potential team leaders and first line managers, although it is also suitable for those with experience in the coaching role who do not have a recognised qualification. The aim of this programme is to fully develop the knowledge, skills and confidence of candidates to perform effectively as work place coaches thereby maximising the potential of their team members.
