Level 3 Diploma in Engineering Maintenance - Work Based

Candidates will be required to choose from one of 12 pathways: -Mechanical -Electrical -Electronic -Fluid Power -Engineered Systems -Services Maintenance -Lift Servicing -Lift Repair -Escalator Repair and Service -Communication Electronics -Servicing Medical Equipment -Instrumentation and Control From their chosen pathway, the learner is required to complete all four mandatory units, and additional assessment routes from a range of options. Assessment will be carried out in the workplace via observation and the collation of evidence in a portfolio. It is anticipated that it will take approximately one year to complete the qualification.Once you have enrolled onto the programme you will be assigned an assessor that will visit you in the workplace regularly. They will complete assessment plans and reviews with you to keep you on target. They will support you in the collection of the required evidence needed for your qualification through different assessment methods such as; professional discussion, observations, written questions, verbal questions, witness statements and any assignments.
