3. Entry requirements Students must have ALL of the following:      Aged 19 years and above     Level 2 Adult Numeracy and Literacy or English and maths GCSE at grade D or above     Have lived in the UK for the past three years     You are required to attend placements for two days per week with children aged 0-5 and have the opportunity to attend college on Thursday mornings 4. Equipment required No equipment required 5. Assessment method An approved assessor will visit candidates in the workplace to provide training and assess practical work.     Candidates will build a portfolio written/electronic of evidence to show knowledge and understanding, occupational competence and skills development.     Test assessments will be undertaken for English and Maths
