Description:
This course is suitable if you are on an advanced modern apprenticeship programme, or if you want to show you have the supporting knowledge for an NVQ course. You may also want to develop your career within the engineering industry or want to carry on studying after gaining a level 2 qualification. You will complete the core units "working effectively and safely in an engineering environment" and "engineering principles and practice" and "principles electrical engineering" and optional units including control electrics, and analogue and digital systems.

Entry Requirements:
Applying engineering principles level 2, relevant industrial experience or grades C to A at GCSE level in maths and physics.
