Emagister has just added to its educational catalogue the Level 3 First Aid at Work course endorsed by Grays Medic.

This 3 day First Aid at Work (FAW) course is a mandatory requirement for companies with a high hazard environment, larger sized organisations or companies whose risk assessment advised full qualification training for their first aiders.
You are required to have x1 first aider per 50 persons on your workplace.

The course covers the HSE syllabus and complies with Health & Safety (First Aid) Regulations and the approved code of practice L74 guidelines for the qualification of workplace first aiders. Above all, this course aims to develop knowledge, understanding and skills in assessing an incident, recognising signs and symptoms of injury and illness and finally assisting a casualty who is suffering from injury or illness.

About this course

To develop knowledge, understanding and skills in assessing an incident, recognising signs and symptoms of injury and illness and finally assisting a casualty who is suffering from injury or illness.

All companies in high risk environments, or those with more than 50 persons on the premises at any one time.

You must be physically healthy to be a first aider and attend this course.

Level 3 First Aid at Work accredited qualification

Level 3 certificate and identity card gained by passing all assessments.
