Award: Diploma in Hairdressing for Cutting and Styling Technicians (QCF)
Course ContentThis qualification is ideal for anyone who is a junior therapist wishing to further their career in hairdressing. This is a highly practical qualification providing the skills and knowledge required to work in the industry.
Students are expected to attend college three to four days a week from September until the end of June. This may involve being in college until 8.30pm one evening per week or a Saturday.
You will have one hour tutorial once a week and two hours E Learning per week.
Students who did not achieve a grade C GCSE in English Language and maths will study and re-sit these qualifications.
You will also have the opportunity to be involved in competitions and additional industry related workshops.
