Level 3 Indian Head Massage

Indian Head Massage is a qualification that has been specifically designed to develop your practical skills in providing the relaxing and stress relieving treatment of head massage.
You will learn about the condition of the hair and scalp and classical massage techniques using shampoo, oils and conditioner.
You will also learn about the contra-indications to head massage, as well as the physiological benefits of the treatment.

This course is intended for any learner aged 16+
If you are presently working and want to change your career we are able to adapt any of our courses to suit your personal timetabling needs.

No previous knowledge required, but a good general education is essential as this is a demanding course. An excellent level of English is required. You must be able to speak, read, write and understand English fluently.

You will develop your understanding and practical skills to competently provide Indian head massage treatments to a high level of occupational ability.

Throughout this qualification you will develop your knowledge and understanding of relevant anatomy and physiology, health and safety, client care and promote and sell products and services. You will develop a range of technical skills enabling you to provide a relaxing Indian head massage treatments using classical Indian head massage movements and oils.
You will also develop interpersonal skills that will assist you to communicate effectively with clients and promote products and service
