Subjects covered You will study the following: Application and treatment of using industry certified machines for diamond head and crystal methods of microdermabrasion Physiology of ageing on the skin Client care Health and Safety Assessment Students will be expected to do assignments/tasks, oral questions and on-line end of module tests to support each area of learning. This will be proof that students have mastered a particular aspect of the trade. Practical skills will be developed along with individual/group work, research and case studies. A high level of attendance is essential in order to succeed. Progression Full level 3 in Beauty Therapy, Foundation degree in Management (Salon and Spa) or employment within the Beauty Therapy industry.
