NVQ Level 4 Diploma in Adult care (RQF) qualifications are designed for candidates that want to develop competence and must be in paid or voluntary work to be able to meet the criteria.
On completion of the Level 4 NVQ course you will be level 4 Qualified. Progression to level 5 in leadership and management for adult care.

Level 4 courses comprise a
combination of knowledge tasks and on-site observation.

The knowledge tasks are a series of questions and answers. The questions are accessed via an online e-portfolio which gives your assessor real time access to your work in order that it can be reviewed, assessed and feedback issued as soon as it has been completed.
