Who is it for
This two-day course is aimed at line and middle managers who wish to learn best-practice in coaching, and use a range of in-depth coaching techniques to get the best from their staff and promote an organisation-wide coaching culture.


For those keen to certify their learning, after attendance on this course you will have the option to take away a written assessment. The assessment is based upon the course content, and you will have 30 days to complete and return. Once verified by the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) you will achieve the CMI Level 5 Award in Management Coaching and Mentoring.
